Brief about the Company

The United Libyan Tourist Investment Company "ULTICO", A Libyan Joint Stock company is established by the resolution of the General Peoples Committee's NO.(377) /2007, dated 14-05-2007.It authorizes the Al-Enmaa Economic and Social Development Fund , the Libyan Foreign Investment Company and the National Investment company to establish a Joint Stock company to manage and invest in tourism industry, with a stock capital of 300 million LD that was increased to 500 million LD by the resolution of the General Association No.(3)/2008.

The United Libyan Tourist Investment Company is controlled by a board of directors formed pursuant to the ordinary resolution of the general Association No.(1)/2008.

Its objectives is to carry out tourism investment work, to own, manage and invest in real estates, hotels ,resorts and tourist villages..
